Dr. Paul Tay graduated from Queen’s University of Belfast Northern Ireland in the U.K. in 1993, where he received his Bachelor of Medicine, Surgery and Obstetrics. He went on to acquire his MRCOG qualification and a Diploma in Family Planning and Reproductive Healthcare in 1996. To further advance his professional expertise, he was awarded a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Sheffield in 2002. Currently, he is one of the Senior Fertility Specialists at KL Fertility Centre, dedicated to providing high-quality fertility treatment services to patients.
